This $18.2 million condominium project, for which the BIT has committed $17.3 million, is part of a master plan redevelopment in the Chicago suburb of Lemont. The first phase will consist of four five-story buildings with a total of 82 condominium units and 24,346 square feet of retail space adjacent to a 260-space parking garage. |
