Project Description
This investment was closed in June, 2007 and is a $184.7 million redevelopment of a historic courthouse in the low-income New York City community of Jamaica, Queens. The redevelopment plan includes 344 residential units, 19,522 square feet of community facility space, 54,015 square feet of retail space and 450 underground parking spaces. Approximately 20% of the residential units will be affordable cooperatives and 80% of the units will be mixed-income rental units.
