Stephen Frank

Mr. Frank served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Small Business Funding Corporation from 1996 - 1999. While there he developed and implemented its strategic plan, marketing tactics and operating procedures. Prior to that, Mr. Frank was Executive Vice President, Acquisitions, Investments and Risk Management as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GE Capital Asset Management Corporation from 1986 - 1996. From 1970 - 1985, Mr. Frank worked for Fannie Mae rising to Senior Vice President and Controller. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
