The project is located in Littleton, Colorado, a suburb of Denver.  The property is about 25 miles southeast of the Dever central business district and has excellent access to several major thoroughfares.  It contains a full amentiy package consistent with a luxury apartment community, including 338 garage parking spaces.  Total parking, including garages spaces, is nearly 2.5 spaces per dwelling unit.  The JV partner is AMLI Residential Properties, a real estate investment trust that is focused on the development, acquisition and management of upscale apartment communities throughout the United States.
