Outland Business Center is located in the Southeast submarket of Memphis, 3 miles from I-240 and 6 miles from the Memphis International Airport.  Outland Business Center is comprised of five buildings; two buildings are service centers and three buildings are warehouse distribution facilities.  The service center buildings have 18 foot minimum clear height ceilings and 15 dock doors.  The warehouse/distribution facilities have 24 foot minimum clear height ceilings and 63 dock doors.
