The Shoreham at Lakeshore East

The Shoreham is a Class A, 47-story luxury high-rise apartment complex that contains 548 units and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space.  The project is located within a 26-acre master plan development known as Lakeshore East and is part of the first phase of that development.  The master plan for the development of Lakeshore East envisions 9.7 million square feet of multi-family, town home, office, and retail development with open park space and a new public elementary school.  The site is bound by Lake Michigan to the east, Grant Park to the south, Wacker Drive to the north and Columbus Drive to the west.
