Village at Bedminster

The Village at Bedminister is located approximately 40 miles west of New York City in Somerset County, New Jersey.  The property fronts Route 202/206, the main north/south artery through Somerset County and is immediately northest of interchange I-78 and I-287, two of New Jersey's major interstates.  The Village at Bedminster is a 109,800 square foot community shopping center anchored by a 31,080 square foot King's supermarket.  In addition to King's, the 12.3 acre parcel is improved with 49,174 square feet of in-line ground level space, 9,924 square feet of second floor office space and three owned out-parcels totaling 19,529 sqaure feet.
