The property is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, approximately twenty miles north of the central business district.  The Property is located off Route 1, approximately one mile from I-95 and four miles from the Pennsylvania Turnpike.  The building is a 300,000 square foot, one-story slab on grade, single user building located within the Byberry East Industrial Park with 24' minimum clear height ceilings.  Constructed in 1994, the space consists of seven 40,000 square foot record storage bays, 10,200 square feet of office space and 9,800 square feet of shipping and receiving space.
