The Property is located 18 miles southwest of Harrisburg in Carlisle, Pennsylvania at the junction of I-81 and PA 465 and is approximately eight miles from the Pennsylvania Turnpike.  Harrisburg is centrally located between several major metropolitan areas with Philadelphia 100 miles to the east, Baltimore 80 miles southeast and New York City 200 miles northeast; its location is therefore considered to be highly strategic from a logistical perspective.  The building is a cross-docked distribution facility constructed in 2000 and expanded in 2003-2004 with 35' clear heights.
