BIT Properties Generate $80 Million in Total Disposition Proceeds

During the first half of 2009, the BIT sold four properties generating $80 million in proceeds.  The BIT sold Albrecht Drive, Lakeview Distribution, and Century Park during the second quarter, with DuPage Distribution being sold in early July.  These four properties had been targeted for disposition as part of the BIT's 2009 Strategic Plan.  Two additional assets are also under contract for sale with closings expected during the third quarter.
