BIT Attracts Investments
A growing number of BIT particpants are reaffirming their commitment to the commercial real estate asset class with additional investments in the BIT. Since the beginning of 2010, eight BIT particpants have investsed additional capital in the fund. Even more impressive has been the rescission of redemption requests from 22 BIT particpants. "We are both grateful to our investors for their continued support and excited about the future of the BIT," says Jim Lingberg, Chief Operating Officer of the AFL-CIO Investment Trust Corporation.
