3rd Quarter '09 Dispositions Generate $47 Million in Proceeds

As part of its 2009 Strategic Plan, the BIT continued to target various properties around the country for disposition.  During the third quarter, the BIT sold Dupage Distribution, Renton Commerce Center, and the Villas at Katy Trail.  These properties generated $47 million in proceeds.  In October, the BIT also sold 501 Airtech, resulting in another $24 million in proceeds.  Thus far, the BIT has successfully disposed of eight assets during 2009 totaling $151 million proceeds.
