Mr. McCarthy joined Mercantile-Safe Deposit & Trust Company (MSD&T), the predecessor to PNC Bank as Trustee of the AFL-CIO Building Investment Trust, in 1985. He has overall responsibility for the management of PRI and the BIT. Mr. McCarthy has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate, lending, and mortgage banking. He is a member of the PRI Investment Committee.
